I believe our greatest struggles can become our greatest teachers. For me, that struggle was anxiety—a sneaky emotion that quietly shaped my world for years without me even knowing.

What I thought was just “being prepared” or “pushing through” was actually fear running the show. I was living a half-life—disconnected, driven by control, and out of alignment with who I truly was.

It took time, reflection, and healing to untangle myself from anxiety’s grip. But what I’ve gained is a deep understanding of how anxiety works—and more importantly, how to break free from it.

Now, I help other women do the same. You don’t have to live in survival mode anymore. There’s a way back to yourself, and I’m here to walk with you.
